Updated October 1, 2026. These terms apply to the Location service provided under Tap Point.

Your account

Provide accurate account information and protect your sign-in credentials. The account creator administers the organization and controls team access. You are responsible for the Tap Points, artwork, pages, and integrations you configure.

Acceptable use

Use content and logos you have permission to publish. Do not use Tap Point for unlawful, fraudulent, harmful, or deceptive Tap Points; unauthorized access; or interference with the service or other organizations.

Tap Points and production automation

A permanent Location URL routes visitors to the Tap Point you select. Test changes before using them in a service. Third-party websites, hardware, Planning Center, Companion, and ProPresenter operate independently. Network failures or provider changes may affect automation; retain a manual way to switch Tap Points.

Plans and orders

Available features and plan prices appear on the pricing page. Paid plans begin after payment confirmation through secure checkout. Subscriptions renew at the selected monthly or annual interval until canceled. Manage payment details and cancellation in My Account. Sandbox checkout uses test payment details and does not make a real charge. Hardware availability, pricing, and order details are shown when ordering is available. Applicable purchase and cancellation details must be presented before payment.

Availability and account access

Tap Point may change features, perform maintenance, or suspend access for misuse or security reasons. The service and integrations can experience interruptions. Contact us if you need to close your account or export information; do not assume that deleting an app removes your account.
