A Location is a permanent entry point, such as a welcome desk, seat card or lobby sign. Its NFC tag and QR code use the same permanent URL.
Can I change a link after printing the QR code?
Yes. Change the active Tap Point in your workspace. Your printed QR code and programmed NFC tag keep the same address and open the updated link.
Do visitors need an app or account?
No. Visitors scan the QR code or tap an NFC tag with a compatible phone, then open the link in their browser.
Can we use our existing giving and registration tools?
Yes. Save a link to your existing giving page, connect form, event registration or website. Tap Point sends visitors there; your existing provider handles the form or gift.
What does the Free plan include?
Free includes one Location, two saved Tap Points, manual switching, NFC and QR support, standard analytics and activity history. There are no per-tap fees.
How do subscriptions work?
Choose Free, Plus or Pro during signup. Paid plans open Stripe checkout after email confirmation. Later, use Change plan in My Account to choose a plan and review the change with Stripe.
